In addition, James B. Duke Fellowships, tenable for three years and carrying an award of over $19,000 a year, in addition to a full tuition scholarship and fees (about $5,000), are open to graduate students throughout the University.

All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, political affiliation, sex or age. The deadline for application for awards is December 31st. It is suggested, however, that interested students apply as early as possible.
